Authorized Tesla Car Charger Installation

Dear Mr. Flynn:

 

I am writing this letter to extend my regards and gratitude in recommending Sheets Contracting to install my Tesla charging unit for my home. I contacted them by phone with the number you provided in your email on the following day. Even though it was during the Thanksgiving holiday period, Mr. Jeff Sheets immediately answered my call and attempted to meet with me at my house even on a Saturday, on his day off, to assess and configure the installation process and the circuit board arrangement.

 

After my initial meeting with Mr. Jeff Sheets, he dispatched his very qualified staff immediately on following morning to perform the installation. His caring, courteous, and professional staff went beyond their way to perform the required installation. The work was completed to my exact satisfaction,  with minimal damage to the drywalls, least amount of exposure of wiring and tubing, just to make sure that I get the best cosmetic result after installation. It most likely took them longer than usual just to make sure the customer is completely happy and satisfied with the final outcome. 

 

After completion of their work, they explained everything very throughly and made sure my wife and I fully understood the safety features as well as it's application. On the following day, on a Saturday, not knowing that was his day off, when I called Mr. Jeff Sheets to ask him a few questions, he immediately answered his mobile phone again,  even though he was out of town attending his son's hockey tournament and he answered all of my questions with complete patience, courtesy and to my full satisfaction.

 

I'd like to take this opportunity to commend your company and Sheets Contracting for their outstanding work at my residence. I congratulate you and his company for their outstanding professionalism, expertise, and concerns about meeting their/ your clients needs to their maximum satisfaction and expectation.
